3. Services
Our services include live workshops, coaching sessions, retreats, and events designed to deepen spiritual leadership skills. Scheduling details will be provided upon confirmation. You may request to reschedule a session by contacting us at least 7 days in advance. We review rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy for Services:
- Cancelable Sessions: If you cancel a live workshop or coaching session at least 14 days before the start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the fee paid.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the start date receive a 50% refund of the fee paid.
- No-Refund Services: Some retreats and special events may be marked as non-refundable due to venue and facilitator commitments. These will be clearly indicated during registration. In such cases, we justify no-refund terms by the non-recoverable costs we incur in preparing tailored experiences.
4. Digital Products
Our digital products include e-books, online courses, and recorded seminars. Access details are provided after enrollment.
Refund Policy for Digital Products:
- Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund if you have not downloaded or streamed more than 20% of the content.
- Requests must be made via our contact form and will be processed within 10 business days.
- After accessing more than 20% of the content, the purchase is final and no refund will be offered due to the nature of digital delivery.
5. Physical Goods
We offer select physical materials such as journals, meditation tools, and study kits.
Refund Policy for Physical Goods:
- If products arrive defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the items.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting at SoulLeader.link.
